Great location. We enjoyed being able to quickly grab the subway to anywhere else in Manhattan. Also within walking distance to many places we were planning to visit. Chilled water always available in the lobby. Yoghurt, bagels and coffee were a great way to start the day. Rooms were small, and pretty basic, but we expected that. We spent most of our days outside the room so we didn't mind. A bit of street noise, but not too bad. Hotel offers earplugs complimentary if you need them. Building seemed secure. A PIN code was required to both enter the building and our room. We stayed during a heatwave and the aircon worked quite well.

Bagels for breakfast were just perfect, as well as complementary vitamin C. Very well connected with multiple subway lines nearby. The room was small but it wasn’t a problem for us, it had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and I’m very picky with mattresses!

Staff was very friendly and helpful for us. We came in later in the night with no issues. Check in was quick and the room was fine, nothing special, but nothing outrageous. Breakfast in the morning was a nice addition.

A great location, clean, comfy bed, helpful and nice people. An amazing shower, easy airconditioning. It's small, but it's tidy and well maintained. Right next to little italy and chinatown. I liked that you don't need a physical key, so you can't lose it.

THE LOCATION AND PRICE WERE FANTASTIC RIGHT BY SEVERAL SUBWAYS ITS REALLY IN CHINATOWN AND NOT IN SOHO BUT THAT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER. VERY WELL DONE AND NEEDED LEVEL OF ACCOMMODATION IN THE AREA. WISH THERE WERE MORE AFFORDABLE AND DECENT ACCOMMODATIONS.

It was definitely clean. The front desk was definitely nice and helpful because on my phone it wasn’t allowing me to login to get access to my room number but the front desk definitely helped me and was able to just provide me with the number and even tried to help assist until we realize it wasn’t working. So that was definitely a plus.

Good central location in downtown Manhattan, good coffee place next door. Beds were nice, small bathroom, but clean. Breakfast was available!

AC/Heater unit in the room. Keyless entry to room and entrance after certain hours. Has a refrigerator. Coffee maker by the elevator in the lobby.

It’s a cute boutique style hotel. Very close to food , shopping and the train. I was able to hop on the train easily , walk to multiple coffee shops, and venture down the road to shop at the plethora of stores.
